Secret Spark Fabrics is a family-run studio based in Southern California, specializing in premium bridal and couture fabrics. We curate a carefully selected collection of tulle, satin, chiffon, sequins, and other specialty fabrics that designers, seamstresses, and creative makers trust for their most important projects.
Every order is custom-cut by hand in our studio with attention to quality and care. We believe that beautiful fabrics shouldn't come with complicated logistics or sky-high markups - which is why we sell directly to you, from our warehouse to your workspace.
We focus on premium fabrics for bridal wear, evening gowns, couture, and special occasion projects. Our collection includes:

We operate exclusively online and ship from two warehouse locations in Southern California:
• Office & wholesale inventory - Irvine, CA 92660
• Main warehouse - Los Angeles, CA 90012
While we do not have a public showroom, we photograph every product in-house in our dedicated photo studio. Our team works hard to achieve the most accurate color representation possible, so what you see on screen is as close to the real fabric as we can get.

Our fabrics are available on three platforms, each serving a different purpose:

Orders & Custom Requests
We process orders quickly to get your fabric to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@secretsparkfabrics.com.
Once the fabric has been cut and packed, changes or cancellations can no longer be accepted. We recommend reaching out within a few hours of placing your order for the best chance of modification.
Yes! If you order 4 yards, you will receive a single 4-yard cut, not four 1-yard pieces. We always ship fabric as one continuous piece unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
For larger quantities (typically over 20 yards), the fabric may come in multiple pieces depending on the bolt size. If you absolutely need continuous yardage, please let us know in the order notes or contact us before purchasing.
Fabric requirements depend on your project type, pattern, and size. As a general guideline:
• A-line dress - 3 to 5 yards
• Ball gown / full skirt - 6 to 10 yards
• Veil (fingertip) - 1.5 to 2 yards
• Veil (cathedral) - 3 to 5 yards
• Bridesmaid dress - 3 to 5 yards

Yes! We regularly fulfill custom and bulk orders for designers, studios, and event planners. If you need a specific yardage not listed on the site, or you are looking for wholesale pricing, please reach out to us directly.

We carefully inspect every order before it ships, but mistakes can happen. If you received a wrong or damaged fabric, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will make it right - quickly and kindly. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the situation.
Yes! A confirmation email with your order details is sent automatically after purchase. If you need a formal invoice for your records, tax purposes, or business accounting, please email us at support@secretsparkfabrics.com with your order number and we will send one right away.
Swatches & Samples
Swatches are small fabric samples (approximately 2 x 2 inches) that let you see and feel the actual material before committing to a full-yard purchase. They are the best way to verify color, texture, and quality.
Swatch pricing varies by fabric type. Check the product page for individual swatch prices. We keep them affordable because we want you to make confident decisions.
We highly recommend ordering swatches if you are unsure about color or texture. While we work hard to achieve accurate color representation in our product photos, monitor settings and lighting conditions can affect how colors appear on screen.
Swatches are especially useful for large projects, wedding color matching, or when ordering multiple fabrics that need to coordinate.
Yes! Sample books are curated collections of swatches grouped by fabric type or collection. They are ideal for designers, studios, and bridal shops that want to keep a reference library on hand.

Payments & Safety
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. We never store or have access to your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
Yes, Shop Pay offers installment payment options at checkout. You can split your purchase into multiple payments over time. Availability depends on your location and order total. Look for the Shop Pay Installments option during checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders every business day from our facilities in Southern California (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Processing time: 1-2 business days
• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days after shipping
• Swatch orders: may require additional hand-preparation time
We recommend allowing up to 10 business days total to receive your order with standard shipping. For faster delivery, expedited options are available at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping for large domestic orders - check your cart to see if your order qualifies.

All orders ship from our two warehouse locations in Southern California: Irvine, CA 92660 (office and wholesale inventory) and Los Angeles, CA 90012 (main warehouse). We ship from whichever location has your fabric in stock for the fastest delivery.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order from the "Order history" section in your account page on our website.
Most fabric orders are carefully folded and shipped in protective packaging. For large or delicate fabrics (such as wide silk, heavy sequins, or stiff bridal tulle), we may ship the fabric rolled to prevent permanent creases.
If you have a preference, please let us know in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.
Fabrics & Care
We photograph every product in our dedicated photo studio with careful attention to color accuracy. Our team works hard to represent colors as faithfully as possible.
However, monitor settings, phone screens, and lighting can affect how colors appear. If color is critical for your project, we recommend ordering a swatch first. We can also send you comparison photos upon request.
Fabric widths vary by type and manufacturer. Most of our fabrics range from 45 inches to 60 inches wide. The exact width is listed on each product page. If you need a specific width for your project, please check the product details or contact us for confirmation.
Yes! Care instructions are included on each product page under the "Details" or "Care" section. Generally:
• Dry clean recommended: silk, satin dupioni, sequined and beaded fabrics
• Hand wash cold: chiffon, organza, some tulle
• Machine wash gentle: select cottons and linings
When in doubt, dry cleaning is the safest option for delicate and bridal fabrics.
Proper storage helps preserve fabric quality:
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep fabric in its original packaging or wrap in acid-free tissue paper
• Avoid folding heavily sequined or beaded fabrics in the same spot repeatedly
• Use breathable garment bags for long-term storage

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We no longer accept returns, but we do offer exchanges or store credit in special circumstances.
After years of processing returns, we encountered numerous challenges with used or incorrectly returned fabrics, and expected full refunds including shipping costs we cannot recover. Each order requires significant time and labor to assemble and prepare for shipping, and packaging materials cannot be reused.
As a small family-run shop, we kindly ask for your support in making our work sustainable by avoiding unnecessary returns. We are happy to offer exchanges (or store credit) if the fabric arrives in perfect, unused condition. All shipping costs (both ways) are the buyer's responsibility. Exchanges must be approved in advance.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
• Cut, washed, or altered fabrics
• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Swatches (2 x 2 inches) and sample books
• Clearance and leftover items
• International orders (due to high shipping and customs costs)
If you received a damaged or incorrect fabric, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@secretsparkfabrics.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right - with a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Once we receive your return package, our team will inspect the fabric within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will issue store credit or ship your replacement item. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
