Welcome to Secret Spark Fabrics. By using our website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including customers, browsers, and contributors of content.

1. Products and Services

About Our Products

  • All fabrics sold on Secret Spark Fabrics are first quality.

  • We offer Samples (2x2 inches) of each fabric and Sample Books featuring all colors of each fabric type.

  • Important: Please examine the material carefully for color, quality, and yardage. No claims will be allowed after the material has been cut.

  • All prices are displayed in US dollars.

  • On most fabrics, the minimum order is half or one yard.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $35.

Color and Quality

  • Colors may appear different in reality. This discrepancy arises from variations in how computer monitors present colors, and individual perceptions of these colors can also differ.

  • Samples can be ordered for color verification before purchasing larger quantities.

  • We do not guarantee dye lot matching between orders.

 

2. Orders and Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • Payment is due at the time of order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders submitted with incomplete information or we will contact you to clarify the information.

 

3. Return Policy

4. Inspections and Claims

Please count and inspect immediately - all claims must be made within five business days of receipt of goods.

  • Shortages must be reported to us before goods are cut

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to test the fabric received before cutting

  • We are not responsible for any goods after they have been cut

  • No allowances, deductions, returns, or claims accepted after 5 days of receipt of goods

 

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Secret Spark LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies on the Site.

 

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
