We’re here to help you feel confident with your purchase!
At Secret Spark Fabrics, every order is custom-cut with love and care. Due to the delicate nature of our materials and the realities of small-scale production, we no longer accept returns. However, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit in select cases.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Fabric must be uncut, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging
Item must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and in perfect resellable condition
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our side
Exchange requests must be pre-approved by our team – please contact us before mailing anything back
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll gladly issue a store credit or ship the new item.
WHY NO RETURNS?
We’re a tiny family-run studio working with delicate, light-colored bridal and couture fabrics. Once a fabric has been folded, packed, and shipped, it can no longer be resold as new — especially materials like tulle, satin, chiffon, and sequins. Even small creases or changes in condition make these items unsuitable for future brides and designers.
Additionally, return shipping often costs as much as the item itself, making refunds unsustainable for our small business. We appreciate your understanding and support 💛

International orders (due to high shipping/customs costs)
IF WE MADE A MISTAKE
Of course, if you received the wrong or damaged item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — quickly and kindly.
