Return & Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction is Important to Us

At Secret Spark Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return your item(s) for a refund within our return window.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns & exchanges accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise

  • All returned items must be uncut, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Fabrics must be free of odors, smoke, stains, and pet hair

  • Please include your order number and reason for return with your package

Return Process:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team using the link: https://secretsparkfabrics.com/pages/contact

  2. We will review your request and provide a return address

  3. Pack your return securely with the original invoice included

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-3 business days

  5. Please note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a seller error

Important Information:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order

  • If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

  • Samples (2x2 inches) and Sample Books are non-returnable

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties and return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Cut, washed, or altered fabrics

  • Fabric that has been used in any way

  • Clearance/Leftovers items

  • Sample swatches (2x2 inches)

  • Sample Books

Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged merchandise or an incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receipt

  2. Include photos of the damage or the incorrect item

  3. We will promptly replace the item or issue a refund

  4. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs
